Dr. Mindy understands your time is valuable and makes every effort to remain on schedule. If you are stuck in traffic, running late or just can’t seem to get here on time, please call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in order to ensure the next patient receives his/her full appointment time.

Dr. Mindy requires at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Should you fail to cancel, a $50 fee will be charged to the account.

Payment is expected at the time of the visit in the form of cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Dr. Mindy does not participate in insurance plans. As a courtesy, the office will file your insurance forms for you.

Dr. Mindy believes that children do much better without the distraction of a parent in the room. Dr. Mindy asks that parents remain in the waiting room during the child’s visit. She understands that some situations may warrant the need for a parent’s help and will use her clinical judgment. If this concerns you, please feel free to speak to Dr. Mindy. She wants every visit to be fun for your child and free of anxiety.
